Procedure details

Purpose

Women play a key role in the integration process. Their attitude, readiness and willingness to integrate are not only decisive for their own integration success, but also for that of the entire family. The aim of Bavarian integration policy is therefore to provide women with the best possible support in their integration efforts. Low-threshold services are intended to reach women and encourage and empower them to take advantage of further integration opportunities.

Object

Funding is provided for low-threshold, practical activities with the aim of strengthening women's self-confidence and their own abilities (so-called empowerment).

As part of the "Lebenswirklichkeit in Bayern" project series, funding is provided for low-threshold, practical activities aimed at empowering women. These include regular exchange meetings or practical courses on everyday topics. Particular attention should be paid to the acquisition of new participants.

Recipients of funding

All legally responsible organizations that have the necessary reliability and capacity to carry out the project and whose previous activities are expected to achieve the funding purpose are eligible to apply.

Eligible costs

Personnel expenses for project management and project coordination, material expenses, childcare expenses and overhead expenses within the scope of the purpose of the grant are eligible for funding. The amount of personnel expenses eligible for funding is based on the maximum rates for personnel expenses published by the Bavarian Ministry of Finance.

The amount of the grant is limited to a maximum of EUR 50,000.

Type and amount

The funding is granted in the form of pro rata financing/capital participation.

The type of grant is project funding.
The funding period covers the entire duration of the project.

The grant is awarded as partial funding as part of project funding up to a maximum of 90% of the eligible expenditure. State funding requires a contribution by the grant recipient of at least 10% of the eligible project expenditure. Funding is provided without legal entitlement within the scope of available budget funds.

In addition to observing the above-mentioned requirements and the information on the procedure, the further requirements can be found in detail in the "Funding guidelines for value projects" (see "Legal basis").
