The Building Construction department is responsible for the building maintenance of our own and co-managed buildings (e.g. school buildings, building yards and service buildings). Tasks may include, among others

- Contract management for engineering and architectural services
- site inspection
- work planning
- tendering
- awarding of contracts
- Billing
- Room book
- Building automation (recording of operational systems, definition of maintenance intervals, individual room regulations)
- CAD recordings
- Determination of building data
