Description
The seminar permit will be revoked if it is subsequently determined that one of the requirements for this was not met and therefore the permit should not have been issued in the first place. If the deficiency only existed when the permit was issued and has since been rectified, it does not have to be revoked.
The seminar permit will also be revoked if one of the requirements is no longer met after it has been lawfully issued. The reason for this is, for example, concerns about the reliability of the permit holder, in particular if he repeatedly and grossly violates his obligations under this Act or the legal ordinances based on it.
The recognition authority may also impose conditions retrospectively, i.e. after the traffic psychology seminar permit has been issued, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements for driving aptitude seminars and their proper implementation.
