The Free State of Bavaria supports the providers of state-recognized advice centres for pregnancy issues.
This form can be submitted electronically (e.g. via a secure contact form using your user account with login via the electronic ID function or the ELSTER certificate) or handwritten and signed in paper form to the responsible authority.
The purpose of the funding is to ensure a sufficient pluralistic range of local advice centers.
Eligible for funding are the providers in accordance with Art. 17 of the Bavarian Pregnancy Counselling Act (BaySchwBerG) of state-recognized counselling centres for pregnancy issues with a defined catchment area in the Free State of Bavaria.
The providers of state-recognized pregnancy advice centres are eligible to apply, provided they meet the requirements of Art. 17 BaySchwBerG.
Funding is available for management and administrative costs (personnel and material expenses) of the provider of state-recognized pregnancy advice centres, which are spent on the operation of pregnancy advice centres in accordance with §5 of the Implementing Ordinance to the Bavarian Pregnancy Advice Act (BaySchwBerV) in the currently valid version.
The management and administration costs (personnel and material expenses) of the provider are eligible up to an amount of € 2,150 per funded specialist and administrative position. Funding is provided as partial funding within the framework of project funding. Grants are awarded for up to 65% of the eligible expenditure incurred by the funding body.

The application and verification of use is carried out by the government of Middle Franconia.
The application must be submitted by September 15 of the previous year at the latest.
Proof of use must be submitted by March 31 of the year following approval at the latest.
