Up to 5,760 euros in support for companies providing in-company training for young people with qualification barriers.
The funding provides financial support to companies that train young people with qualification barriers. The aim is to increase the chances of finding a company-based training position for young people who, for various reasons, have difficulties in obtaining a training position. The aim is to promote their entry into working life and successful completion of training.
Funding is provided for in-company training in recognized training occupations in accordance with the provisions of the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) or the Crafts Code (HwO) in Bavaria for young people under the age of 25 with qualification barriers for up to 16 months.
The "Fit for Work - Training Opportunities" funding from the European Social Fund Plus is aimed directly at training companies. Training companies based in Germany * that conclude a training contract for in-company (dual) vocational training * with a young person under the age of 25 with qualification barriers * in a recognized training occupation in accordance with the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) or the Crafts Code (HwO) and * carry out the training in Bavaria are eligible to apply.
Eligible costs are a lump sum of the training allowance for in-company training in accordance with the provisions of the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) or the Crafts Code (HwO) in Bavaria.
The funding is granted as a subsidy.
The type of grant is a project grant.
Funding is provided over a period of between 6 month(s) and 16 month(s).
Grant of EUR 360 per month of training (fixed amount) for up to 16 months from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), up to a total of EUR 5,760.
Exclusion criteria:
Funding is excluded in particular if
(The application must be submitted no later than three months after the start of training or the start of the assisted training measure).
There are no costs.
The application period is between 1 month(s) and 3 month(s). Applications must be submitted no later than three months after the start of training (cut-off period). Separate deadlines apply if an AsA measure has been agreed.
A processing time of 1 month(s) to 12 month(s) is to be expected.
A company may only be registered once on the ESF Bavaria 2021 website! If several employees are to have access to ESF Bavaria 2021, e.g. if several applications are to be submitted by different departments/branches, please create additional user accounts. The user who has registered for the first time is the so-called superuser. This user has the right to create additional user accounts.
