The Bavarian State Ministry of Finance and Regional Identity publishes an annual participation report for the Free State of Bavaria, in which all companies in private legal form in which the Free State of Bavaria has a direct participation are presented.
The introductory Part A presents the legal basis, the objectives and focal points of Bavarian participation policy as well as statistical evaluations of the participation portfolio.
