If an emission limit value, an emission level or an emission limitation is determined above the emission bandwidths specified in the BAT conclusions, the summary of the results of the emission monitoring must allow a comparison with the emission bandwidths specified in the BAT conclusions.
You do not need to submit the annual summary of emission monitoring results if you have already submitted it to the competent authority under other legislation.
