You can apply to be removed from the list of consulting engineers.

This form can be submitted electronically (e.g. via a secure contact form using your user account with login via the electronic ID function or the ELSTER certificate) or handwritten and signed in paper form to the responsible authority.

The entry in the list of consulting engineers can be deleted upon request. The compulsory membership ends with the deletion.

You are registered in the list of consulting engineers.

Deletion from the list of consulting engineers must be requested in writing from the Bavarian Chamber of Civil Engineers.

Applications for deletion from the list of consulting engineers are only possible with a notice period of 3 months to the end of a half-year.

Death of the registered person,
legally binding recognition of deletion in professional court proceedings
Permanent cessation of residence, establishment or predominant professional employment in Bavaria
