Procedure details

If the registration certificate Part II is not in your possession due to financing or transfer by way of security, you must arrange for it to be sent to the registration authority before you visit the registration authority or carry out certain registration matters. The original of the registration certificate part II is required for the following registration matters:

Your lender or lessor sends the registration certificate part II directly to the responsible vehicle registration office. The registration matter can only be carried out once the document has been received by the registration authority.
