The Free State shall reimburse the operator of the integrated control center for the proportion of the necessary follow-up acquisition costs for the communication and information technology equipment and the data processing programs of the integrated control center as well as for the telecommunications infrastructure required for alerting and communication in the area (Art. 7 Para. 1 ILSG).

The State Ministry of the Interior, Sport and Integration shall determine the scope of subsequent purchases required after the initial installation in annual procurement plans after consulting the operators of the integrated control centers in agreement with the State Ministry of Finance and Home Affairs.

Evidence of expenditure/costs

The government of Swabia is responsible for handling the reimbursement procedure centrally throughout Bavaria. The Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, Sport and Integration is involved.
