In addition, you also require permission to operate searchlights or optical light signaling devices, in particular laser devices, which are capable of dazzling pilots during approach or departure, at a distance of more than 1.5 km from an airfield.

Permission may be granted at the discretion of the authorities if the requested use of airspace does not pose a risk to air traffic safety or public safety and order.
