The aim of the course is to enable young people to successfully complete secondary school or the qualifying secondary school leaving certificate.
Funding for courses for young people who want to successfully complete their secondary school leaving certificate or qualifying secondary school leaving certificate. Recognized providers offer tuition and supervision, which are subsidized as project funding with own funds.
Funding is available to adult education providers, state-funded state organizations and adult education providers at state level in Bavaria and their member institutions.
In principle, only expenses that are directly necessary for the implementation of the funded measure and that are incurred within the approval period are eligible for funding. As a rule, this includes project-related personnel and material expenses as well as costs for third-party services and pro rata operating costs, provided they serve the funding purpose and are used economically and sparingly. However, basic furnishings, measures that have already begun or expenditure not directly related to the object of funding are not eligible for funding. This is based on Articles 23 and 44 of the Bavarian Budget Code (BayHO) and the associated administrative regulations.
The funding is granted as a subsidy.
The type of grant is project funding.
The grant is awarded as project funding in the form of fixed-amount financing. A minimum own contribution of 10% is required.
