On 030 / 20 17 91 31, the care hotline of the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth provides advice on all aspects of care, e.g. on health and care insurance benefits and statutory leave of absence from work for family carers. The care hotline also offers help in critical and stressful situations. If necessary, the advisors can also refer you to local advice and support services.
