Procedure details

In order to practice the profession of "state-certified food chemist", nationals of a member state of the European Union and a third country require recognition of the training acquired abroad. The government of Upper Bavaria is responsible for the recognition procedure throughout Bavaria.

    If the objection has no suspensive effect, an application for suspension of enforcement can be made to the original authority or the objection authority in accordance with Section 80 (4) VwGO.
