The Künstlersozialkasse (KSK) can only pay you the correct subsidy if it knows how high your contributions for private or voluntary statutory health and long-term care insurance are. You should therefore inform the KSK of any changes to your contributions.
This form can be submitted electronically without signature (e.g. via a secure contact form or by e-mail) or in paper form to the responsible authority.
As a self-employed artist or journalist, you are entitled to subsidies from the Artists' Social Security Fund under certain conditions. The subsidies relate to the contributions for your private or voluntary statutory health and long-term care insurance.

The Künstlersozialkasse needs up-to-date information about your contributions to these insurances. Otherwise, the Künstlersozialkasse may calculate the amount of your provisional subsidy incorrectly.
When the Künstlersozialkasse issues its final annual statement of your subsidy, there may be additional payments or reclaims. By reporting the current details, you can avoid particularly high reclaims or additional payments.
