This form can be submitted electronically (e.g. via a secure contact form using your user account with login via the electronic ID function or the ELSTER certificate) or handwritten and signed in paper form to the responsible authority.
Authorized parties/landlords, tenants and home seekers can have it confirmed that an apartment is no longer publicly subsidized.
Apartment seekers can also obtain confirmation that the apartment is a publicly subsidized apartment.
The responsible body must confirm in writing to the authorized person/landlord the date from which the apartment is no longer considered to be subsidized. If a legitimate interest is asserted, tenants and home seekers may also request such confirmation.
At the request of a person seeking accommodation, the competent authority must confirm in writing whether the accommodation they wish to use is a newly created publicly subsidized accommodation.
