Teachers and other school staff at primary and secondary schools, special schools and vocational schools must inform the school management of any change of address.
This form can be submitted electronically without signature (e.g. via a secure contact form or by e-mail) or in paper form to the responsible authority.
The responsible personnel administration office must know the current home address. Teachers and other school staff at primary and secondary schools, special schools and vocational schools must inform the respective school management of the change. The latter reports the change to the government - in the case of primary and secondary schools via the responsible state education authority - or in the case of vocational secondary schools to the responsible MB office.
The change of address must be recorded on the form under "Forms" and submitted to the school management.
