Cloven-hoofed game in winter enclosures; application for a special permit

Cloven-hoofed game, with the exception of sick and sickly game, may not be shot in winter enclosures. The killing of hoofed game that is not sick or sickly may be permitted as an exception in special individual cases and under certain conditions.
