The college leads adults to a general higher education entrance qualification in two, three or four years.
Lessons at the college mainly take place between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.; it is not possible to work on a regular basis. Funding through Bafög is generally possible if the relevant requirements are met. There are different language sequences. The choice of subjects and teaching methods take into account the previous education, maturity and professional experience of the adult students. In the preliminary course and in Year I, lessons are taught according to a fixed timetable. In years II and III, lessons are largely taught according to the system of the qualification phase of the upper secondary school.

In particular, applicants without a secondary school leaving certificate can be admitted to the preliminary course of the college if they have completed vocational training or have at least two years of professional experience and are at least 17 years old. Final admission is subject to passing a probationary period.
The evening grammar school leads working adults to a general higher education entrance qualification in two, three or four years of evening classes.
The evening secondary school leads working people to a secondary school leaving certificate in three or four years. You decide on a group of compulsory electives in the first year of school. You must register with the evening secondary school of your choice.
The Telekolleg is an educational institution of the Free State of Bavaria and Bayerischer Rundfunk. The Telekolleg Multimedial leads to the Fachhochschulreife in four trimesters.
