Object

Private primary and secondary schools that are operated by a legal entity under public or private law and operate on a non-profit basis are granted special subsidies for the transportation of pupils with severe disabilities.

On the basis of Art. 32 para. 1 sentence 5 of the Bavarian School Financing Act (BaySchFG), the provider of a private primary or secondary school in the Free State of Bavaria may exceptionally be granted a subsidy for the transportation of a pupil in accordance with the state budget if
