This form can be submitted electronically (e.g. via a secure contact form using your user account with login via the electronic ID function or the ELSTER certificate) or handwritten and signed in paper form to the responsible authority.
According to § 10 Para. 1 of the Federal Expellees Act (BVFG), examinations and certificates of qualification that ethnic German repatriates took or acquired up to 8 May 1945 in the territory of the German Reich according to the territorial status as of 31 December 1937 are to be recognized.
Pursuant to § 10 Para. 2 BVFG, examinations and certificates of qualification that ethnic German repatriates have taken or acquired in the resettlement areas are to be recognized if they are equivalent to the corresponding examinations or certificates of qualification in the area of application of the Basic Law.
Pursuant to § 7 para. 2 BVFG, § 10 shall also apply mutatis mutandis to the spouse and descendants of ethnic German repatriates who do not meet the requirements of § 4 para. 1 or 2 BVFG but who have left the resettlement areas by way of the admission procedure.
You can have the equivalence of foreign (non-academic) agricultural vocational training with a comparable German occupation (e.g. farmer, animal farmer, gardener, housekeeper) confirmed.
In order to be optimally prepared for a recognition procedure at a recognition body, it is strongly recommended that you seek advice from a recognition counseling center beforehand.
In principle, you can only be admitted to Germany as an ethnic German resettler if you leave your resettlement area as part of the admission procedure. Please note that you must always submit your application from the resettlement area.
