Procedure details

For boreholes not covered by Section 2 of the Federal Mining Act and the associated operating facilities that are to penetrate more than one hundred meters into the ground, the start and cessation of drilling work must be notified.

The borehole penetrates deeper than 100 m into the ground and is not a borehole for the exploration of mineral resources.
