Meeting of the municipal council; preparation of minutes

Minutes must be taken of the proceedings of the municipal council.

These must contain at least the following information:

The date and place of the meeting,
the names of the councillors present,
the matters discussed
the resolutions and
the result of the vote.

Any member may request that the minutes record how they voted. The minutes must be signed by the chairperson and the secretary and approved by the municipal council.

All citizens of the municipality are free to inspect the minutes of public meetings. The same applies to persons living outside the municipality with regard to their property or commercial establishments in the municipal area.
