If you have a permit to participate in legal narcotics traffic, you must regularly report the extent of your narcotics traffic.

If you only cultivate narcotics, you only have to report once a year. To do this, you must report the respective quantity that you have obtained per cultivation area separately for each operating site and each narcotic.
You are obliged to report as long as your permit is valid or was valid in the respective reporting period. Even if you have not participated in the narcotics trade despite having a valid permit and have no stocks, you must report this in a so-called false report.
If your permit expires or you renounce it, you must submit a final notification.
If a notification was incorrect, you can submit a correction notification to correct your details.

The BfArM will notify you if you need to submit additional information or correct your notification.
There are no costs.
You must submit the declaration for the previous calendar half-year by 31.01. or 31.07. respectively. If you only cultivate narcotics, you must submit the declaration for the previous calendar year by January 31.
Processing can take several months.
