Private vocational schools whose educational and instructional objectives correspond to those of public schools that exist or are planned in the Free State of Bavaria must be accredited by the competent government authority. This authority must also approve any significant changes.
This form can be submitted electronically without signature (e.g. via a secure contact form or by e-mail) or in paper form to the responsible authority.
Alternative schools may be established and operated only with state approval. The application, along with all required documents, must be submitted to the school supervisory authority no later than four months before the start of the school year.
After the school supervisory authority has granted approval, changes may arise during the course of the school year that also require express approval from the government. The following changes, in particular, are considered to require approval:
