You can apply for information on development charges already paid or still outstanding or to be levied in the future.
For the first-time final construction (also for partial measures) of roads, the municipalities as road construction authorities levy development contributions in accordance with the development contribution statutes (for development contributions, see reference under associated links).
The certificate of adjoining owners documents the status of a property under development charge law.
The property for which an adjoining owner's certificate is being applied for must be specifically named and accompanied by proof of ownership and an extract from the cadastral map.
If the application is not submitted by the owner, the applicant requires a power of attorney or a declaration of consent from the owner of the property or apartment.
The application must contain the name and address of the owner and identify the property (street, house number, district and parcel number). It can also be submitted informally.
Contracts and development charge notices may result in payment obligations for property owners.
You can order a cadastral map for illustrative proof of a plot of land or building with an official map and obtain a parcel and ownership certificate for descriptive proof of a plot of land including owner details.
