A "cadastral extract for building permit applications" is often required when applying for a building permit. It can be requested from the relevant Office for Digitalization, Broadband, and Surveying or directly from the municipality.
This form can be submitted electronically (e.g. via a secure contact form using your user account with login via the electronic ID function or the ELSTER certificate) or handwritten and signed in paper form to the responsible authority.
According to the Building Documentation Regulation (BauVorlV), the documents required for a building permit application also include an extract from the cadastral map (usually at a scale of 1:1000), which must be certified by the competent (state) office for digitization, Broadband, and Surveying, or retrieved via an automated retrieval process for the purpose of the building application. At the request of the building supervisory authority or the applicant, the proof of submission of building documents must also include proof of parcel and ownership from the OfficialReal Estate Cadastre Information System(ALKIS®) for the building lot and neighboring properties.
The Real Estate Cadastre contains comprehensive information on parcels and buildings in both graphical (cadastral map) and descriptive form.
