Description
The commencement or cessation of the commercial manufacture and/or trade of weapons must be reported to the competent weapons authority.
Failure to do so constitutes an administrative offense under Section 53 (1) (8) of the Weapons Act.

The weapons manufacturing permit or weapons trading permit must have been issued.
