The Bavarian State Government reports to the Bavarian State Parliament every five years on the implementation of the Bavarian Act on Gender Equality.
The state government reports to the state parliament every five years on the implementation of the Bavarian Act on Gender Equality (BayGlG). This requirement is regulated by law in Art. 21 BayGlG.
The Seventh Report is expected to be presented to the Bavarian State Parliament in the fall of 2025 and then published. It will provide a detailed assessment of the actual achievement of the BayGlG targets as at December 31, 2023 and the development since the previous reports.
Important topics of the report are women in management positions and part-time work in management positions.
