You can apply online for compensation as a witness or lay assessor or compensation as an expert witness or interpreter after a court hearing.

If you have selected a location, the online procedures of the locally competent courts will be displayed. If you have not selected a location, select a location under "Select location".
Please note that due to the procedural law, another court may have exclusive local jurisdiction depending on the subject matter of the dispute.
If the online procedure of the court you are looking for is not displayed, please use the ABC bar. You will find the regional courts under the letter L and the higher regional courts under the letter O. The local courts are sorted alphabetically. Under "All" you will find all the courts that provide this online procedure.
