Apply online for compensation for witnesses/jury members or remuneration for experts/interpreters

You can apply online for compensation as a witness or lay assessor or remuneration as an expert witness or interpreter after a hearing at a district court, regional court or higher regional court.

You must apply for compensation or remuneration at the court where the hearing took place.

Please note that a different court may have exclusive local jurisdiction based on the subject matter of the dispute.
