The solar calculator will tell you how much solar energy you can generate on your roof and whether an investment is financially worthwhile. If your roof is not suitable for photovoltaics/solar thermal energy, you may also have the option of installing an ecologically valuable green roof. Green roofs can, depending on the chosen and statically possible layer thickness, contribute to the storage of precipitation water ("sponge city") and to thermal insulation. The analysis results of the solar and green roof potential are based on an automated procedure. The results serve as an initial rough estimate, but cannot replace expert advice from a qualified energy consultant or installer and are always provided without guarantee.
