The city of Kempten has established resident parking zones in areas with generally high parking pressure and few available private parking spaces. Residents who are registered with their main residence in a resident parking zone can obtain a resident permit and use it to park free of charge in designated resident parking zones or in resident parking zones with designated short-term parking spaces.
