You can apply for a resident parking permit online. The parking permit grants the right to park with the motor vehicle, whose registration number is noted on the resident parking permit, in restricted stopping zones with the additional sign "Residents with parking permit no. ... free" and at traffic signs "Parking lot" with the additional sign "Resident with parking permit no. ...". The number of the resident parking district and the number on the parking permit must match. Time restrictions must be observed. The parking permit also constitutes an exemption to drive into residents' parking spaces and drive out of residents' parking spaces in residential streets contrary to the traffic sign "Common pedestrian and bicycle path".
