Das Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) ist ein kostenloses Online-Meldesystem, das zur Umsetzung der Verordnung (EG) 1223/2009 über kosmetische Mittel geschaffen wurde. Wenn ein Produkt im CPNP notifiziert wurde, ist keine weitere Notifizierung auf nationaler Ebene innerhalb der EU erforderlich.
