Mapping of known monuments in accordance with Art. 1 Para. 2 and Art. 2 BayDSchG (list of monuments). Monument status does not depend on mapping and entry in the Bavarian List of Monuments. Objects that are not included in the Bavarian list of monuments can also be monuments if they fulfill the criteria of Art. 1 BayDSchG. The Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments must be involved in all projects at an early stage in accordance with Art. 6 BayDSchG.
