For appointments at the Residents' Registration Office/Passport Office, it is possible to make an appointment online. We hope that this will help to avoid unnecessary waiting times. However, if there are delays or other problems, we ask for your understanding. We hope that there will be no waiting times. We adjust the appointment proposals to the demand and of course improve where it does not yet fit accordingly.
