For the first time, the city of Kempten is publishing a qualified rent index. It comes into force on June 1, 2023 and is already available online. The rent index was approved by Haus & Grund Kempten e.V. and Mieterverein Kempten und Umgebung e.V. and adopted by the Main and Finance Committee on May 16, 2023.
