In some cases, your residence permit or tolerated stay has been issued with certain restrictions. These restrictions, for example the scope of permitted employment or the obligation to take up residence, are called conditions. If you wish to have these conditions changed, please apply for a change to your residence permit or tolerated stay permit. Please have the following documents ready: - Photo page from valid passport or identity document (if available) - Current residence permit or tolerated stay permit - Job description (if the conditions regarding work / training are to be changed) - If applicable: Proof of change of personal details (e.g. certificate) - If you are working for a third party: A power of attorney - Training contract (if the training requirement is to be changed) The Office for Migration and Integration will check your application. You will receive our reply by post.
