The specialist advice on child protection is aimed at all people who are in professional contact with children and young people. It provides certainty and guidance if you suspect that a child's welfare is at risk or, for example, have made observations that give you a "bad gut feeling". Our "Insoweit erfahren Fachkräfte (IseF)" are trained advisors who will work with you to assess the situation and develop possible courses of action using a structured procedure. The data protection of the affected child/family is protected at all times and the advice is provided anonymously. It is an independent, free and confidential service.
