Landratsamt Starnberg
The GeoLIS application for development plans provides access to legally binding development plans and urban planning statutes (internal and external area statutes, change restrictions) with their spatial areas of application in a map equipped with parcels, aerial photos, terrain heights and topographic maps.
With a list sorted according to the date of the legal status, it identifies the existing development plans and statutes and provides basic information on the plan designation, file number, plan type, legal status, draft and effective date via a link. A click on the map identifies the development plan with the most current legal status. Its information is initially displayed in the GeoLIS application.
