On the basis of an agreement between the City of Regensburg and the responsible State Office for Digitization, Broadband and Surveying (LDBV), the cadastral extracts required for the building permit procedure can be requested directly from the City of Regensburg in accordance with the requirements of § 7 of the Building Submission Ordinance (BauVorlV).
