It contains the following data in accordance with § 18 of the Federal Registration Act:
- Surname
- first names
- Doctorate
- Date of birth
- Current addresses (main and secondary residence)
Further data can be selected in the application:
- Former names
- Religious name,
- stage name
- Place of birth, state of birth if applicable
- Gender
- Current nationality
- Affiliation to a religious organization under public law
- Previous addresses (main and secondary residence)
- Date of moving in
- Date of moving out
- Spouse or partner
- Minor children
- Legal representative
- Identity documents
- Proof of life
A fee of EUR 5.00 is charged for the extended registration certificate during the online application process. You will receive the extended registration certificate by post.
